Eastwood Property Consulting is actively advising clients. How may I assist you?

My focus, as a property consultant, is to offer an individual service, tailored to the exact needs of my clients. There are two aspects of my role which have come to the forefront recently. The first is advising executors of deceased estates when selling property assets. Secondly, is helping elderly and vulnerable property owners, whether it is overseeing the entire selling process or finding ways for them to continue living at home. My viewpoint is always completely impartial, meaning that I can sympathetically look at each case and advise what is in each client’s best interests.

I am delighted to say that Eastwood Property Consulting is advising clients in both of the above scenarios. An Executor of a deceased estate contacted me requiring assistance in selling a property due to their own significant and pressing workload. My brief has been to visit and inspect the property, identify the appropriate agent, agree terms and oversee the sale through to completion. My input to date has saved a huge amount of time for the Executors who are most grateful for my input and the pressure it has removed from them.

Furthermore, a lovely elderly couple have asked for my help with the sale of their substantial period house. My expertise has been called upon in negotiations with estate agents, liaising with solicitors, surveyors and removal companies. By taking a calm and sympathetic approach it is removing a lot of the stress from what can be a bewildering and anxiety-filled event. On this occasion selling was clearly the best option, but this may not always be the case. Because I am not solely focussed on selling there are sometimes alternatives for elderly homeowners. This could be adapting a property for old age living, reviewing maintenance/ongoing costs or perhaps selling some land or converting an outbuilding.

Please feel free to contact me to see how I can assist, whether it is for yourself, family members, or your clients. My initial consultation is free or charge.
