I have over 30 years’ experience of handling residential property transactions, across the UK.

I began my property career in 1992 in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, before joining a leading firm of chartered surveyors in Winchester in 1998. I subsequently worked as a partner and director with national and regional property companies across Oxfordshire, Hampshire, and latterly Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.

Over the course of my career I have handled many hundreds of property transactions, from town houses and cottages to farms and country estates. My experience also includes property acquisitions, land sales and the disposal of development sites.

Today, I use that experience to provide independent advice to property owners, families, executors, trustees and private clients across the UK. My role is not simply to facilitate a sale, but to understand the circumstances, consider the options and advise on what I believe is the right course of action.
