Selling a property
- Advising on repairs, maintenance and improvements before going to market

- Ensuring that planning permissions, guarantees, certificates and other relevant paperwork are in place
- Selecting and interviewing estate agents and other professionals permissions, guarantees, certificates etc
- Comparing fees and negotiating the terms of their appointment
- Liaising with estate agents, solicitors, surveyors and tradespeople throughout the sale
- Acting on your behalf where confidentiality or discretion is important
- Representing you at property viewings where appropriate

* I offer an initial consultation at no charge to understand your circumstances and discuss the best way forward. If you decide to proceed, my time is charged at an agreed hourly rate or an agreed overall fee, depending on the work involved.
