Eastwood Property Consulting evolved because I identified a need for broader and more impartial advice for property owners who need to consider what avenues are open to them.

Often there are numerous options to solve property issues, selling is not alway the only solution to a problem. The house selling market has increasingly become more focussed on turnover and targets, sometimes at the cost of good advice. My recommendations are provided without pressure or agenda and are based upon what is right for you.

I have over 30 years experience of handling residential property transactions and for over 18 years I have been based in East Anglia.

My property career began in 1992 in the Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. In 1998, I joined a leading firm of chartered surveyors in Winchester. Subsequently I practised as partner and director with national and regional property companies in Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex. My knowledge of the UK market is extensive and I have recently been assisting clients all over the country . Over the years I have handled hundreds of sales from small houses to country estates. I also have plenty of experience with property acquisition, land sales and development.
